Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Aurum merchandise. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags still attached
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, or are missing tags cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at jamiyka@aurumtalentagency.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
3. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest post office or courier drop-off point.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jamiyka@aurumtalentagency.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
